First Roth Club
Cancel and refund policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
The short version
- Cancel any time, online, from your account page. Can’t get in? Email us and we’ll cancel for you.
- You keep Club access until the end of what you’ve already paid for.
- Except as described below or required by law, we don’t refund unused time.
- We always fix billing mistakes, and we refund a yearly renewal if you ask within 14 days of that renewal charge.
How to Cancel
Open your account page (every Club email links to it) and choose “Billing, receipts and cancel.” This opens Stripe’s secure billing portal, where you can cancel future renewals. Reasonable authentication may be required. We do not require a call, survey, or retention offer. If you cannot access or authenticate your account, email hello@firstrothclub.com (hello@firstrothclub.com) from any address and we will cancel for you. We will confirm cancellation and your paid-through date by email.
What Happens After You Cancel
- You keep full access until the end of your current paid month or year.
- No further charges will be made.
- Your records are in your own spreadsheet or folder, so they stay with you.
- We delete your Club profile, setup, and progress information within 30 days after your access ends. We keep only the minimum billing, subscription-consent, and cancellation records the law requires.
Refunds
Except as described below or required by law, we do not provide refunds for unused subscription time. We provide the following refunds and billing adjustments:
- Charges made after a timely cancellation: refund of the improperly charged amount.
- Duplicate charges: refund of the duplicate charge.
- Incorrect charges: refund of the overcharged amount, or another agreed correction.
- Annual renewals: full refund of the renewal charge if requested within 14 calendar days after the charge.
- Permanent shutdown: a prorated refund of unused prepaid subscription time.
- Your youngest child reaches the handover age: the plan ends on its own with no further charges. A yearly plan is never charged for months after that date.
These benefits do not limit refunds or other remedies required by law. An annual-renewal refund cancels the renewed subscription; access ends when the refund is processed, and the 30-day deletion period begins then.
To request a refund, email hello@firstrothclub.com (hello@firstrothclub.com). We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method promptly. Banks and payment providers control when the refund appears, which commonly takes several business days.
Pausing Instead
You can pause close-out emails for 1 to 3 months from your account page. This pauses optional emails only. It does not pause billing, extend your paid term, or cancel renewal. Your subscription continues to renew unless you cancel it.
