A little work every month. A real Roth every year.

The Club walks you through each step by email, then sends one email on the 1st: add the jobs to your sheet, send invoices, make the deposit. About 10 minutes a month, until they take over.

Questions

What if my numbers don’t match what really happened?

We never guess. Each month you enter what was actually earned and actually deposited, and you can fix any month later. Each January we ask you to compare your year with your provider’s December statement, so there’s still time to fix anything before the April 15 deadline. We check again when Form 5498 arrives, usually in May. We flag any difference so you can correct it. Your provider’s records are always the official ones.

What if we have a slow month?

Tap “Skip this month” in the email. No guilt, and your pace adjusts. Steady over the year is what counts.

How does canceling work?

Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We refund billing mistakes and forgotten yearly renewals; see the cancel and refund policy. Your records are already in your own files, so nothing is lost when you leave.

Do you connect to my bank or Roth account?

No. You make deposits yourself at your provider. We remind you; your own sheet keeps the running totals.

How many emails will I get?

Usually 2 a month: the to-do on the 1st, and a deposit reminder about a week later, only if you haven’t marked the deposit done. About 8 months a year add a short seasonal tip, and January adds the tax pack. Never more than 3 in a month. You can turn off the tips and reminders on your account page.

Is the information kept up to date?

Yes. Every November, when the IRS announces the next year’s limits, we update the guides, calculator, printables and January tax pack, and we recheck provider fees and state rules each year. If a rule changes mid-year, we update it then, and Club members hear about anything that affects them in their next email.

When does it end?

When your youngest takes over their account at 18 or 21, the Club ends on its own. No renewal after that, and nothing to cancel. Before then, we walk you through the handoff, using the “At 18” tab of your sheet.
